Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request Form

PRICESMILE makes every effort to deliver quality products to you, the consumer. Your satisfaction is our number one goal. However, we recognize that at times there will be a need for you to return a product for repair or exchange. Please note that Invalid Returns may be subject to a restocking fee, as described below. Too often, the items that are returned to us claiming to be defective are tested by our tech staff and no defect is found. Quite often, it can be a simple case of not knowing how to install or use the product. Before requesting a return merchandise authorization (RMA), please email us inquiring about the problems you're experiencing.

To ensure a smooth and expedient RMA process, please read the following policy carefully before filling out the RMA form:

  • Please complete all information in the RMA Form (link below) before an RMA number can be issued.
  • RMA number is valid for 14 days after issuance -- meaning the product must be in our hands within 14 days, or the RMA request is void. So do not delay. Once your RMA has been approved, please have it sent back for us to inspect and process your claim.
  • Our return policy differs from item to item. Please refer to the product description to find out what type of exceptions may exist on a particular product.
  • We DO NOT warrant any physically damaged product. If you've received a physically damaged product, it was most likely caused by the shipping company. Please contact us if this is the case. We will file a claim for you.
  • We will replace defective/DOA products within 15 days from the day we received the returned product. However, this is subject to stock availability.
  • All shipped items must clearly indicate the RMA number on the box and please include a copy of the original invoice and this request form.
  • We will issue an RMA number usually within 48 hours upon receiving your RMA Request.
  • With your return, please describe, in detail, the problem(s) you are experiencing with the product. Our technician will only test the specific problem written on this form and if there is no problem found, we will return the original parts to the customer.
  • We will not accept any returns without an RMA number. No exceptions.
  • All product returns must be returned in the original packaging with all of the original accessory items, and literature items that were packed in the box. The UPC barcode label must also still be intact. We reserve the right to refused the returned product or retain 15% restocking fee if the product is returned to us without its original contents or if it is not in its original condition.
  • It is your responsibility to return the item to us at your cost, insurance is encouraged.
  • If warranted, store credit will only be given at our discretion.
  • Merchandise returned without an RMA number will be refused by our shipping department.
  • Please mark the RMA number on the shipping label of your package.
