It's important to us that you're completely satisfied with your PriceSmile merchandise, so we accept returns for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached (if applicable).
Sorry, but the following items are final sale and may not be returned: costumes, underwear and intimate apparel, and women's swimwear if tags and/or hygienic liner have been removed.
To send an item back to us, please enclose the PriceSmile invoice which arrived with your package. Please write on the invoice whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as PriceSmile cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Once we receive your return package, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. If you’ve requested a refund, we will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order.
If you’ve requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement product to you provided that the item is still in stock. We will notify you if we cannot fulfill the exchange and will promptly issue a refund instead should this happen.
