Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days once your payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be held pending until the next business day.
Changes to your order can only be made if your order has not already been charged. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (213) 749-3019 during our business hours to request a change to your order.
Cancellations can only be made on orders that have NOT been shipped. PriceSmile.com will not accept any cancellation requests once the order has been shipped. Please email us at email@example.com or call (213) 749-3019 during our business hours to cancel an order that has not been shipped.
Sales tax is required for orders shipped within the state of California. All orders shipped within the state of California will be charged 9.00% sales tax.
Standard shipping is free within the 48 contiguous United States only. We reserve the right to use the most cost effective shipping method.

Sorry we do not ship to P.O Box or APO on large items.
It's important to us that you're completely satisfied with your PriceSmile merchandise, so we accept returns for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
To return a product, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Return items must be sent back in their original packaging.
If the returned package is incomplete, PriceSmile.com reserves the right to reject the entire return or impose additional charges to replace the missing components.
